In this role, I provided both editorial and logistical support, from shaping the program’s narrative flow through editorial direction and script writing to coordinating scripts and run-of-show materials for moderators and speakers. I also managed production coordination, event logistics, and cross-team project management, ensuring the program unfolded with clarity and precision. This behind-the-scenes work helped create a seamless experience that allowed participants to focus fully on the conversations at hand.
