I partnered directly with Omidyar Network’s C-Suite to deliver a seamless evening for an intimate guest list of actors, television writers, and entertainment executives. My role included sourcing and contracting the venue, vendors, and photographer; coordinating logistics and on-site production; liaising with guests; and providing a detailed recap and event notes for the team’s post-mortem. This ensured the event was executed seamlessly and left a strong foundation for the team’s reflection and future planning.
