As part of The Latinx House’s on-the-ground team during its marquee programming at Sundance, I wore many hats—managing production logistics, coordinating talent, and serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners. I led editorial planning across panels and activations, supported press relations, and provided real-time production support throughout the weekend. From scripting and documenting events to overseeing transitions between activations, I helped ensure the House remained a dynamic, welcoming space for artists, advocates, and attendees.
